- 管理餐廳日常運作，包括人力資源及計劃預算等;
- 透過監督和控制以令公司達到銷售目標;
- 帶領團隊以向顧客提供優質的服務;
- 確保各分店食品安全及衛生。
- 負責處理客人的詢問及投訴。
- Manage the daily operation of the restaurant, including human resources and planning budget;
- Achieve the company's sales targets;
- Lead the team to provide quality services to customers;
- Ensure food safety and hygiene in each branch.
- Responsible for handling guests' inquiries and complaints.
工作要求
- 持有餐飲相關文憑或相關經驗;
- 具至少2年相關經驗 (包括至少2年管理經驗);
- 以顧客為先及具優良的領導能力、解決問題的能力;
- 良好的中英文及普通話閱讀及書寫水平;
- 能盡快上班優先考慮
