Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Participate (lead / support) in key projects across the organization, making sure they are kept on track and delivered to a high quality
• Communicate with the Business Leaders providing them with data and insights in order to facilitate executive decision making
• Conduct rigorous financial analysis of new and existing investments, build comprehensive financial models to determine and improve the capital efficiency
• Contribute to other ad-hoc tasks

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• 8+ years of experience Strategy roles gained from top-tier Management Consulting firms coupled with commercial experience from in-house Strategy teams OR IB / Corporate Finance background is a MUST
• Exposure to Real Estate / Property / Hospitality / Tech sectors is ideal
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to face senior stakeholders and presents information concisely
• Commercial and business minded personality, team player
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese is a must
