Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR operational support including recruitment activities, on-off boarding arrangement, payroll & taxation, employee relations
• Work closely with property / department heads to provide professional advice on HR-related matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, HR system records, and fringe benefits for all employees.
• Assist in other ad-hoc Human Resources related tasks assigned by the Department Head

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in HR or related field
• Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and relevant laws and regulations.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Less experience would be considered as Human Resources Officer
• Immediate available is preferred
