Key Responsibilities 職責:

• Install, maintain and repair plumbing & drainage, electrical equipment, wooden fixture painting, bricklaying, plastering and tiling at apartment
  安裝，維修及更換物業水喉項目、電器項目及木器木器傢俬, 油漆和泥水項目   
• Performs regular systematic inspections and maintenance to aid in the upkeep of the property
  定期進行系統性的大廈檢查及維修,以確保物業保養       
• Maintains tools, equipment and work spaces in safe, secure and good condition 
  確保物業的工具、儀器及工作空間安全及穩固     
• Liaising with outside contractors for maintenance work of the building and its facilities      
  協助與監察外判商於大廈進行之設施保養或維修工作        
• Providing on-job training, guidance and assignment to junior technician for the above duties
  提供在職訓練給初級技術員, 包括編排及指導其日常工作項目

Requirements 要求:

• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade A will be an advantage
  持有A級電業牌者照為優先
• 1-3 years' relevant working experience
  1-3年相關工作經驗
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Technician                                        經驗或資歷較少者，會被聘任為初級工程技術員
