About the Role

Fineton Industrial Minerals Limited, a globally recognized leader in mineral product manufacturing, is seeking a passionate and driven Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our business growth by supporting the expansion of our product portfolio and production facilities in China and other Southeast Asian countries. As a key team member, you will play an integral role in executing strategic projects that advance our global operations while developing your skills within an established industry leader.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate and manage project timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure on-time, within-budget completion

• Closely monitor project progress, promptly identifying and addressing potential issues or risks

• Report and escalate critical matters to management while maintaining a collaborative team environment

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers, including:

  • Document management and control

  • Accurate record-keeping

  • Regular reporting

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project-related challenges

• Continuously monitor project performance to identify and implement improvement opportunities

• Handle various ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (manufacturing or industrial experience preferred)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with proven ability to multitask effectively, prioritize workload, thrive in fast-paced environments

• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing

• A self-motivated professional who is independent, responsible and hardworking

• Genuine enthusiasm for the industry and commitment to contributing to the company's growth
