Duties:
Maintain and update the sales database, filing system
Prepare quotations, orders, sales enquiries and related activities
Perform inter-department communication and cooperation
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:

熟悉 MS Office及 中英文的文書處理
1-2 years of working experience
More experience will be considered as a Senior post
Less experienced/ Recent graduates are also welcome
Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and Chinese Word Processing
