Assistant Manager, Product Marketing manages a portfolio of product categories to drive new category growth and achieve multi-channel product synergies.
What YOU’ll do:
Formulate, execute, and monitor product innovation in assigned categories (from new innovations, upgrade to relaunch), including identifying product gaps /opportunities, developing compelling product positioning and key benefits / features, packaging design, product commercialization to post-launch analysis
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, advertising, promotions activities, and events to achieve business and marketing objectives
To identify business opportunities and gather actionable insights based on market trend, competitors dynamics and external / internal data analysis
Manage A&P and budget control of assigned product categories
Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary stakeholders including Advertising Agency, QA & QC, Production, Sales, Marketing & CRM, Finance, Suppliers to ensure timely product launch per regulatory compliance and internal factory (GMP) standard
Review inventory levels and production schedules to ensure product availability
What YOU’ll need:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent disciplines
5+ years of product marketing / product development experience in FMCG, Food, HealthCare sectors
Prior experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine industry would be an advantage
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
Agile, proactive, and can-do attitude
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive, Product Marketing
