Key Responsibilities

• Manage AR and GL operations across Hong Kong, India, and Bangladesh

• Handle AR settlements and liaise with external stakeholders for payment follow-up

• Post invoices and reconcile accounts in SAP in coordination with shipping and logistics

• Monitor daily expenses, petty cash reimbursements, and office finance operations

• Issue and reconcile credit/debit notes for pricing and claim issues

• Review bank transactions and prepare expense reports for overseas offices

• Perform journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit support

• Maintain accurate inter-company transaction records and reports

• Support the finance team in monthly closing and system enhancement initiatives

Who We Are Looking For

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within multinational companies

• Solid experience in AR and GL functions

• Hands-on SAP system experience is essential

• Strong Excel skills; candidates will be required to complete a test

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of supervising junior staff

• Immediate availability will be an advantage
