Support of IT Infrastructure with responsibilities including technical support and administration of network hardware, desktop/servers, and virtualization software and applications
Help implement designs and provide ticket resolution by collaborative troubleshooting with teammates or CTO.
Interact in person, and via phone / e-mail with clients, vendors and various stakeholders to move projects, tasks, and tickets ahead.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of technical support or administration experience across Windows platforms including Active Directory Administration / Group Policy).
Solid understanding of OSI Model troubleshooting, and basic vendor-neutral networking concepts: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching/Firewall
Attentive to detail, proactive and have strong troubleshooting skills
Excellent technical, analytical, interpersonal and organisation skills
Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must
