Role:

• Support of IT Infrastructure with responsibilities including technical support and administration of network hardware, desktop/servers, and virtualization software and applications


• Help implement designs and provide ticket resolution by collaborative troubleshooting with teammates or CTO.


• Interact in person, and via phone / e-mail with clients, vendors and various stakeholders to move projects, tasks, and tickets ahead.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of technical support or administration experience across Windows platforms including Active Directory Administration / Group Policy).


• Solid understanding of OSI Model troubleshooting, and basic vendor-neutral networking concepts: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching/Firewall


• Attentive to detail, proactive and have strong troubleshooting skills


• Excellent technical, analytical, interpersonal and organisation skills


• Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must

Preference Given for Candidates with the following experience:

• Strong English and Native-level Cantonese


• Blue Team Security Experience


• Open-Source projects (Proxmox, pfSense, OpenSwitch, vSwitch)


• Linux scripting


• Managing WSUS


• Structured Cabling


• Access Control Systems


• Experience working for a Startup MSP


• Worked in a vendor agnostic IT environment
