Main Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and oversee all non-investments aspects of the business, including operations, legal and compliance, risk management
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine operational strategies to align with and support overall business objectives
• Ensure alignment between business strategy and operations, driving efficiencies and fostering a culture of excellence
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage teams to implement innovative solutions and optimize performance
• Implement robust risk management practices to monitor and mitigate investment risks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Develop operational due diligence framework and materials.
• Manage fund operations, regulatory reporting, budgeting, tax, fund audits, investors relations and compliance
• Ensure a robust and efficient operational structure that supports the organizational vision and business model

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Economics or related field
• Excellent communicator with ability to establish strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into actionable business plans and drive successful execution
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of empowering teams and achieving results in a multicultural environment.
