Human Resources Assistant (C&B)

Responsibilities :

  • To perform full spectrum of C&B functions such as payroll calculation, MPF administration and taxation matters
  • Assist in compilation of HR monthly reports and quarterly statistics
  • Assist in maintenance of record in the HR system
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects assigned

Requirements :

  • Diploma holder or equivalent qualifications in Human Resources Management or any other related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience gained from sizeable organization, fresh graduated is also welcome
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge such as Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Hands on experience in HRIS, preferably in IPL
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with external and internal customers
  • Good common in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is preferred
