Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Director
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
Maintain confidential HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Act as a liaison between the HR Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and manage HR events and initiatives.
Support HR project planning and management, including tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant and HR role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
