Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Senior Officer to join our Edcuation team, focusing on the development and management of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) relevant programs. This role will play a critical part in establishing new initiatives that promote sustainable practices and public education, aligning with our organization's commitment to environmental conservation, sustainability, and food circular economy.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Development: Design and implement ESG-focused programs that enhance community engagement and education on sustainable practices, environmental conservation, and food circular economy.
• Public Education Initiatives: Manage and execute innovative public education projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and effectively reach target audiences.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including community organizations, educational institutions, and industry partners, to foster collaboration and promote program success.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop evaluation frameworks to assess program impact, gather feedback, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on best practices in ESG initiatives and public education, staying updated on industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate program outcomes, insights, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Capacity Building: Provide training and support to staff and volunteers involved in ESG programs and public education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in program development and management, particularly in ESG initiatives or public education.
• Strong understanding of environmental issues, sustainability practices, and food circular economy.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Passion for environmental conservation and community engagement.
