As Senior IT Infrastructure Manager / Head of IT Infrastructure, your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading the infrastructure team to ensure smooth operations
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Overseeing system upgrades and maintenance tasks
• Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Providing technical guidance and support to team members
• Managing relationships with external vendors and stakeholders
• Reporting on infrastructure performance and making recommendations for improvements

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Proficiency in infrastructure management and system administration
• Technically sound in data centre, network, server, cloud, on-premise technologies, storage, project and some level of IT security matters etc.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset
