Qualifications:
Degree holder with professional qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related disciplines
8 years of working experience in Catering, Food Service business
Strong Knowledge of strategic sourcing, procurement and commercial & contract management tools and techniques
Result oriented and with ability to deal with dynamic situation
Proven track record in Strategic sourcing and supplier management
Strong negotiation skill, analytical and numeric ability
Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager role
