• Oversee the end-to-end procurement cycle, including vendor sourcing, tendering, commercial evaluation, final recommendations and contract negotiation.
• Manage category portfolios for Food & Beverage / Facility Management Service.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures, including compliance with payment process, maintenance of accurate records, and facilitation of audit follow-ups.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier / subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and service standards.
• Identify and analyze market trends to explore new sourcing opportunities and innovative products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving initiatives and drive process improvements.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on supply chain performance and metrics to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder with professional qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related disciplines
• 8 years of working experience in Catering, Food Service business
• Strong Knowledge of strategic sourcing, procurement and commercial & contract management tools and techniques
• Result oriented and with ability to deal with dynamic situation
• Proven track record in Strategic sourcing and supplier management
• Strong negotiation skill, analytical and numeric ability
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager role
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
