Currently implementing a multi-year growth initiative, we are assisting them in establishing their Asia-Pacific foothold.

The Strategic Opportunity:

• Build and scale the China operations function from the ground up
• Shape market entry strategy for one of Europe's most dynamic property platforms
• Partner with C-suite on cross-continental expansion initiatives
• Lead high-value negotiations with Chinese corporate giants and institutional investors

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute China market penetration strategy
• Establish local partnerships with government agencies, trade associations, and investment groups
• Represent the firm at senior levels with Fortune 500 tenants and institutional capital partners
• Develop C-level relationships with Chinese manufacturers, e-commerce platforms, and logistics operators
• Oversee origination and execution of landmark leasing transactions (€50M+ deal volume)
• Structure complex cross-border occupancy solutions for anchor tenant
• Align China operations with European headquarters' strategic objectives

Requirements:

• 10-15 years in industrial real estate development, corporate services, or institutional investment
• Mandarin/English bilingual with executive-level presentation skills
• Experience establishing China operations for multinational real estate firms
• Proven track record of:
• Leading €100M+ real estate transactions
• Building high-performing commercial teams
• Navigating complex cross-border deal structures
