Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions
• Handle cash and check deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions
• Provide information and assistance regarding bank products and services
• Resolve customer enquiries and issues promptly
• Maintain and balance cash drawers
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of teller experience
• Willingness to work on Hong Kong Island
• No overseas experience (e.g., working holiday or studying abroad) in the last 7 years
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
