We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bond Investment Associate / Manager to join our client, which is a well-established Chinese bank. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in bond investment and trading, with a deep understanding of Chinese USD bonds and global investment-grade bond markets. This role involves executing bond investment strategies, managing portfolios, and collaborating with various departments to achieve optimal returns within regulatory and risk limits.


Your new role

• Assist supervisors in executing bond investment strategies and managing investment portfolios to achieve optimal returns within regulatory and risk limits.
• Help develop and implement annual bond investment strategies.
• Complete internal investment approval reports and processes.
• Adjust investment portfolios based on market conditions to manage credit and interest rate risks.
• Assist in drafting departmental regulations related to bond investment activities.
• Collaborate closely with departments related to asset-liability management, such as finance, risk control, and operations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• Over 3 years of relevant work experience (senior candidates may be considered for team leader roles).
• In-depth knowledge of Chinese USD bonds and global investment-grade bond markets.
• Extensive experience in bond investment and trading (senior candidates may be considered for team leader roles).
• Experience in treasury operations at Chinese banks is preferred.
