Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end daily fund operations including trade execution, settlement processing, position reconciliation, cash transfers, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate fund audits and regulatory filings, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.
• Handle Over-the-Counter (OTC) responsibilities within the finance team.
• Implement and maintain operational processes and controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Identify risk-related issues and escalate to management
• Handle licensing applications, account opening reviews, and related compliance work.
• Manages bank account setup, fund transfers, and transaction reconciliation.
• Perform other duties and project responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in fund operations, experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain and web3 would be an advantage.
• With experience in the Over-the-Counter (OTC) sector within a finance team.
• Proficiency in MS excel.
• Fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Highly responsible, ability to work under pressure, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
