The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and goals. This individual will assist in coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations
  • Coordinate sales meetings and follow-up on action items
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and plans
  • Communicate with customers to address any inquiries or concerns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and campaigns
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in sales support or coordination role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
