Job Responsibilities
Comprehensive HR Support: Assist with a full spectrum of Human Resources duties, including Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll, MPF & ORSO calculation, Taxation, Medical enrollment, Employee attendance, Leave records, Corporate events, and CSR/ESG activities.
Administrative Functions: Perform system data entry, maintain personnel records, and prepare employment contracts for onboarding and offboarding processes.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure accurate maintenance of staff personal records in compliance with employment regulations.
Recruitment Campaigns: Support recruitment initiatives by executing job fairs, exploring new recruitment channels, and implementing various talent attraction methods.
HR Reporting: Prepare and present HR reports to management.
Daily Operations: Provide administrative assistance and support daily HR operations.
Work Injury Management: Handle work injury submissions and follow-up on cases.
Ad-hoc Projects: Undertake additional assignments and HR projects as needed.
Requirements
Educational Background: Higher diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience; solid experience in mass recruitment or within a labor-intensive industry in a sizable organization is advantageous.
Personal Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Regulatory Knowledge: Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other HR-related regulations in Hong Kong.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
Language Proficiency: Strong communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese.
