Liaise with internal / external customers and regulatory authorities to ensure MM sections are maintained in accordance with all Quality & Safety requirements

• Plan, direct and facilitate internal / external audits to Stores & Logistics operation
• Closely liaise with internal / external customers and regulatory authorities to ensure MM sections are maintained in accordance with all regulatory requirements
• Support and advise departments on audit or quality and safety issues reported by internal / external customers to ensure customer and regulatory requirements are fully met
• Spread quality and safety knowledge and messages to instill a quality and safety culture in Material Management
• Provide independent advice on quality and safety matters to management
• Oversee and manage scope for internal / external audits to Stores & Logistics operation
• Review investigation results generated from audit or quality/safety issues reported by internal / external customers and direct follow-ups / changes to Operations / Operations standards.
• Lead and develop junior team members
• Identify and report deviation of project schedule, quality, safety, limitation and coordinate with related parties for clarification and recommend possible improvements
• Oversee improvement projects and manage project progress with regular management updates to ensure on-time completion
• Process user enquiries independently
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned

• Well organized, analytical and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skill and interpersonal skill
• Solid experience in MS O365 Application (MS word, MS excel, Power point, Power BI, Power automat, etc.)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese

1. Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience with a recognized bachelor degree in Quality & Safety / Engineering / Business / Project / Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
