Summary of the role and key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top legal talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with hiring partners and department heads to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including networking, social media, and job boards, to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the firm as an employer of choice.
  • Contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts by implementing strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool.

Key skills required:

  • MUST have at least 5 years TA experience, both lateral & campus, from a leading global law firm
  • Ideally immediately available
  • Based in Hong Kong with a valid HKID
