Job Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience;
Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in Hong Kong;
Preferably with focus on EC, CML, Construction Law, Employment Law; or Personal injury claims;
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., NEC) and industry-specific regulations;
Experience in managing employee compensation claims and common law claims;
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently;
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
