Responsibilities:

• Handle daily routine accounting operations and prepare journal entries for month-end closing

• Create and maintain customer profiles at Oracle system in accordance with company standards

• Ensure invoices are prepared in accordance with the company standard and properly updated in accounting and billing systems with accuracy and timely manner

• Liaise with internal and external parties on daily business operations matters

• Perform UAT for system migration and enhancement projects

• Perform periodic reconciliation of balance sheet items with accuracy and timely manner

• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business / Finance / Accounting, or related disciplines

• 5 years relevant experience in sizable company, experience in retail industry accounting is preferred

• Hands-on experience with PC software and financial systems (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Oracle)

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
