Responsibilities:

• Provide best of care and services to guests and patrons of the hotel
• Maintain lobby presence to monitor service standards and implements changes in operational procedures to constantly improve on hotel services
• Ensure that Airport services and drivers teams are performing their duties according to hotel procedures by conducting regular random checks on the hotel operations at the airport
• Possess a high degree of familiarity in connection with hotel services and facilities, tours, transportation and restaurant recommendations
• Monitor driveway operation & review driving skill for all Transportation Attendant
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Higher diploma/Associate Degree preferably in hospitality management
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Concierge operation or related working experiences in customer service; both of which should include line supervision
• Excellent command in English, Cantonese, Putonghua and any other languages would be an asset
• Driving experience of vehicle is preferred
• Customer-oriented with strong communications skills and telephone skills
• Outgoing, cheerful and with positive attitude
