In charge and provide recommendations for daily operations and maintenance
Assist to report and schedule contractors for preventative maintenance to limit the downtime for all critical issue
Experience in Apartments / Hotel / Property Management environment in relation to the maintenance or renovation is a plus
Prepare annual maintenance budget
Lead or participate in other ad hoc tasks whenever necessary
Requirements:
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong leadership and effective communication skills
Self-disciplined and detail minded
A minimum 7 years' relevant working experience
Able to work independently and self-motivated
Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Manager / Assistant Chief Engineer
Working Location: Tsim Sha Tsui (Near MTR station)
