Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end talent acquisition process including talent search through effective channels, screening, interviewing, onboarding as well as related employment and separation formalities.
• Support the Assistant HR & Training Manager to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain proper filing systems and ensure all staff personal files data accurate
• Provide guidance to line managers on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, engagement and retention.
• Coordinate the training logistics with internal or external parties to ensure smooth delivery of training initiatives
• Prepare regular HR reports and assist in data analysis.
• Participate in HR projects and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Management/ Communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience gained in sizeable organizations
• Strong team player with excellent organizational skills, resourceful, detail-minded and a good numerical sense
• Self-motivated, of can-do attitude and able to follow through
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations/ ordinances
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, Chinese Word Processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources & Training Officer
