The Job

• Oversee the daily operations, including inventory, orderings, store control
• Generate sales and control costings as per preset targets
• Motivate, train and develop your team
• Anticipate and exceed guests’ expectations
• Ensure safety and hygiene of our staff and guests by proper venue and equipment maintenance

What You Need

• At least 1 - 3 years of experience in similar capacity
• Good or solid knowledge of mixology
• A strong leader, a team builder and a motivator with ambition to succeed
• Able to work well under pressure, willing to extend working hours / working on festive and weekends
• Good command of  English and Chinese
