Role Introduction:
As a Lead Banquet Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional banquet service to guests. You will work closely with the Manager - Banquet Operations to facilitate efficient banquet operations, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, friendly, and attentive service to all guests at banquet events, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Supervise and lead banquet service staff to deliver quality service to banquet guests.
Communicate with guest to gather feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all banquet events.
Work closely with other teams to ensure the banquet setup aligns with guest expectations.
Oversee the quality, hygiene, and safety of food and beverage operations in compliance with local regulations and the company's HACCP requirements.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all banquet equipment after each event.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with industry bodies and associations.
Support the Manager Banquet Operations in implementing standard operating procedures, training and supervising the banquet service staff
Perform other duties as directed by the Manager - Banquet Operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a large banquet operations role in the F&B industry.
Knowledge and experience in both Western and Asian cuisine service, including Cantonese.
Familiarity with HACCP-certified environments.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with other staff members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
Proficient in both English and Cantonese, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
