Company Overview
Job Highlights At least 2yrs working exp in IT support 10-15 Days Annual Leave Friendly and Energetic Working Environment Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other end-user devices.
Assist with installation, relocation, and configuration of deskside IT equipment, including peripherals.
Support and troubleshoot conference room AV equipment, video conferencing tools, and related systems.
Identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues or incidents in adherence to established procedures and service-level agreements.
Communicate effectively with end-users to understand and resolve their IT-related concerns promptly.
Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or the appropriate support team, providing detailed incident reports when required.
Maintain accurate records of support activities, including ticket updates, resolutions, and user feedback.
Ensure all work is performed with minimal disruption to the end-user’s daily operations.
Job Requirement:
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in IT-related roles, with a strong background in helpdesk or deskside support.
Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting Windows 7, Windows 10, Apple macOS, Android, and iOS-based devices.
Knowledge of PC, tablet, and mobile device support, including basic hardware repairs and software installations.
Experience with conference room AV systems and video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Webex).
Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, including ticketing systems and basic network troubleshooting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with end-users and support teams.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and professional approach to customer service.
Prior experience working in the banking or financial services industry is highly desirable.
