We are looking for an Assistant Banquet Operations Manager based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As an Assistant Banquet Operations Manager, we rely on you to:

  • Attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required
  • Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned
  • Supervise the team and assist in departmental training

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Banquet Operations at prestigious Hotels or organizations
  • Sound knowledge in food and beverages and strong sense of market trends
  • Customer oriented, self-motivated, detail minded, responsible and accountable
  • Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
