    職責 Duties:

    • 向項目主任報告 Report to the Project/ Sales Officer
    • 協助內部部門進行項目協調 Assist with internal departments for project coordination
    • 準備及監控投標提及報價交流程 Assist in preparing tender & quotation submission process
    • 安排實地考察和尺寸測量 Arrange on-site visits and size measurements

    要求 Requirements :

    • 品行良好; 開朗外向; 謙遜有禮;
    • 耐心聆聽; 有責任感及工作時間內沒有吸煙習慣
    • 中文和英語的書面和口語 Good command of Chinese and English
    • 熟識MS Word、MS Excel、PowerPoint、中文文字處理
    • 沒有經驗或較少經驗應徵者也會考慮 Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
    • 具1-2年工作經驗 1-2 years of working experience
