- Handling daily operation works of client
- Maintain relationship with customers
- Developing and retaining relationships with potential customer
- Identifying needs of clients in order to enhance client satisfactions
- Organizing and Supporting customer regular events
Requirements
- HKCEE/DSE or above, with related experience in customer service preferred
- Fresh graduate and IANG are also welcome with relevant experience
- Relevant experience in data handling and campaign implementation
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage.
