My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Production Officer (Food products).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily production and operation activities.
• Ensure the production process is strictly adhered with ISO 22000 standard, hygiene & food safety regulations.
• Supervise frontline production staff to achieve production target.
• Manage inventory control and logistics of raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain production records and relevant documentations according to ISO 22000 and other applicable standard.
• Assist in factory infrastructure and machinery maintenance.
• Work closely with other departments to facilitate production.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in Food Science or related disciplines.
• 1 years experience in food production.
• Self-initiated and able to work independently and in a team.
• Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
