工作内容

As the IT Assistant Manager / Senior IT Manager the client(s) is looking for, your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems within the property management / property services business unit
• Planning and executing projects
• Ensuring the smooth running of technological operations on the BU
• Developing strategies to optimize the use of technology in the infrastructure they have in place (e.g. shopping malls, buildings etc.)
• Working closely with stakeholders to identify technological needs and solutions
• Monitoring system performance and implementing necessary upgrades
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Leading and mentoring a team of technical professionals

• A strong educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Profound knowledge of the relevant ERP systems and technical solutions
• Experience in managing relevant property services related projects
• Superior stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
• Fluency in both Chinese and English is a must
