In the two-year development programme, you will acquire job-related skills and knowledge through a wide range of learning and development activities, including formal training, rotations within and across departments, participation in cross-functional projects and assignments, and functional and leadership training.
You will also work with senior managers and colleagues on audacious projects that contributing to the Company’s business development and its fulfillment on social responsibility. In addition, this program will be led and mentored by the CEO, and valuable experience will be gained from it.

Requirements:
We are looking for outstanding fresh graduates or graduates with less than 3-year working experience, exceptional credentials, and the following qualities and aspirations:
University graduate in any disciplines

Mature, self-confident and with a passion to drive excellence
Self-motivated and able to demonstrate leadership potential
