• Process sales orders and manage inventory levels.
• Communicate with shipping carriers and vendors to resolve any shipping issues.
• Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide updates on order status and shipping timelines.
• Work with demand planning team to ensure stock availability
• Assist in tracking shipments and handling customer inquiries regarding delivery.

Profile

• 1 year + experience in a sales administration or shipping role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with shipping software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for baby products and commitment to customer satisfaction.
