Job Duties:
- Monitor the Data Center facilities (Power, cooling, fire suppression, etc.) and support the preventive maintenance by vendors.
- Coordinate and escalate in Incident and Problem Management.
- Responsible for the data center access control on visitors and equipment movement.
- Perform regular patrol to maintain the center environment
- Helpdesk support and handle the user enquiry, request and problem in timely manner.
- Support tasks and activities for the operation like inventory checking, site maintenance, and report compiling.
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 graduated or above
- At least 2 years of working experience in Data Center operation
- 24 x 7 shift duties are required
- Less experience will also be considered
- Immediately available will be advantage
