A team lead to support and maintain major computer systems/applications for a client and perform scheduled maintenance on computer systems/applications to ensure efficient operations.
Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify the client’s issues
Communicate to clients to provide solutions on technical problems
Develop and implement technical procedures to quickly address clients’ problems to minimize downtime
Act as liaison on technical issues between the client’s IT unit and end users of the client
Prepare and present regular progress reports to update client management on IT support operations

Job Requirement:
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
About 10 years of experience in providing support and maintenance for critical systems and lead a support and maintenance team, preferably in the airport or aviation industry
Hands on experience in one or more of the following technologies:
Maximo application for asset management;
Java web application design and development;
IBM DB2 and Oracle ERP (Financial) preferrable.
