Job Responsibilities

• Supports vaccination outreach and health lounge event.
• Handles routine administration work related to outreach events independently.
• Communicate with corporate client to liaise health talk and health lounge.
• Support vaccination program (able to work on weekends by request), duties include consumable packing, communication with external / internal parties, onsite admin support and post event follow up
• Communicates with clients to arrange Health Talk and Health Lounge (able to work on weekends by request), duties include scheduling, arrange materials delivery, onsite admin support and post event follow up
• Communicate with internal and external parties of all outreaches event on operations level
• Other ad hoc assignment as assigned
• Willing to work overtime

Job Qualification:

• Degree holder in business, healthcare or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in event planning, organizing outreach program
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in organizing outreach is an advantage
• Well-organized, self-motivated, attention to details and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
