We are hiring for a Guest Relations Officer

Your Role

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Club Lounge.
• Provide personalized service to our members and VIP guests.
• Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, especially for VIPs and guests celebrating special occasions.
• Proactively engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations.
• Work closely with the front office team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

You Should Have

• Cheerful and positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Enjoys interacting with guests and making them feel welcome.
• Willingness to take on challenges and continuously improve service.
• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
