要求:
至少1年調酒師經驗
對葡萄酒、烈酒和雞尾酒有相當的了解
良好的人際交往和溝通能力
流利的英語,其他語言(例如廣東話)是優勢

Work Location: Hong Kong International Airport
Responsibilities :
- Provide quality services to customers with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Learn and share beverage knowledge (wine, spirits, cocktails, tea, etc.)
- Assist customers in ordering food and make recommendations based on customer needs
- Provide catering services (special drinks can be prepared upon request if necessary)
- Deliver start of shift duties such as setting the bars, checking the left over bottles and replacing with new ones, ensuring lounge seating area cleanliness.
- Maintain bar area cleanliness from furniture
Work Schedule: 9.5 hours per day including 1hour break. (Shift work is required)
Shift time: 05:00 ~ 00:30 (shift required)
Requirements :
- At least 1 years of experience in bartender
- Considerable knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English, other language (eg. Cantonese) is advantage
- Willing to learn
- Team Player
- Shift duty (include overnight shift)
- HKID Holders ONLY
