Job Description

Basic network, terminal, and system operation and maintenance in the office; basic network, terminal, and system operation and maintenance in the data center; implementation and optimization of the terminal side of the computer room environmental management system.

Responsibility

1. Operation and maintenance of basic IT system (terminal, conference equipment, computer room management)

2. Maintain accounts and authorizations

3. Assist with computer terminal equipment use and maintenance

4. IT asset management, configuration management, lifecycle management

5. Work order processing and filling

6. IT project support (IT event ticket access)

7. Digital support at meeting and event sites

8. Network equipment debugging

9. Terminal implementation and debugging of DC operation and maintenance application system

10. Regular inspection of system, equipment, and service

Requirements

1. Hands-on experience in information security and in-depth understanding of ITIL methodology - familiar with policies, regulations, and certification systems related to information security in the region.

2. Familiar with AD domain controller, Exchange mail system architecture and logic.

3. Ability to diagnose errors and debug office equipment (PC, printing equipment, mobile terminals).

4. Experience in managing network-based routing and switching, and the ability to configure Cisco, Huawei, and H3C network equipment independently.

5. Familiar with common conference systems, able to build and debug related software and hardware functions, as well as handle related errors independently.

6. Familiar with the application deployment of environmental control systems such as BA, BMS, and CCTV.

7. Bachelor’s degree or above, Computer Science or any related major is preferred.

8. At least 5 years of working experience in IT customer support, application implementation, computer room system business inspection, information security management projects, and work order systems.

9. Skilled at Windows application and debugging, network device debugging, and application system deployment. Demonstrate good service awareness, communication skills, and data analysis abilities. Able to write technical documents and manuals independently and execute effectively.

10. Fluent in Mandarin, proficient in reading and writing English is preferred.
