Role Description

As a Fintech Software Engineer with UPF (must have) and BASE24-eps (nice to have) experience,

you will play a crucial role in innovating, developing, testing, and implementing new software

solutions within both project and support/maintenance capacities. The role is located in Hong Kong with flexibility for hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Design and Engineering: Regularly designing, engineering, validating, and documenting iterative system changes.
• Change Implementation: Assessing, analysing, and implementing changes based on design and requests.
• Application Support: Maintaining application support processes and investigating/monitoring issues.
• Release and Deployment: Conducting release and deployment activities, including logging results and documenting technical activities undertaken.
• Agile Methodologies: Working in an Agile environment utilizing Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience with ACI product suite and particularly coding and scripting in Base 24 UPF.
• Experience with services such as authorization, authentication, routing, tokenization, and more.
• Experience with ISO20022 message specification would be an advantage.
• Experience in C++ or Java-based full-stack development environments.
• Familiar with all the layers of software development. Solid knowledge across Networking, Database, UI and API.
• Analysing and Changing EPS and NOF scripts.
• Testing support and debugging.
• Use of third-party simulators.
• Experience with calling 3rd party APIs.
• Managing compliance changes as part of a bigger team.
• Experience in rapid CI/CD environments at a large scale.
