Provide secretarial and general administrative support to General Manager
Ensure a smooth and professional operation and maintain close cooperation between Executive Office and all other Departments
Manage General Manager’s calendar, appointment, and meetings
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations material on behalf of the General Manager
Assist in planning and organizing hotel internal meetings
Maintain confidential files and records
Job Requirements:
Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 2-year experience with preference in the hospitality industry
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in using MS Office Application
Excellent command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
