Description: 

  • Support on day-to-day operations of team by doing tasks such as filing, entering data entry
  • Maintain accurate claim files and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to clients through correspondence handling
  • Reply enquiries from internal customers in a timely manner
  • Support in claims assessment
  • Coordinate clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above, fresh graduates welcomed
  • Knowledge of the AS400 / G400 system
  • Good interpersonal skill with service attitude, numeric sensitive and attentive to details.
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and written English and Chinese & PC
