Our client, a Fortune 500 firm, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, the ideal candidate will support the digital delivery and transformation team. You will gather business requirements and conduct UAT testing.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of new digital platform projects.
• Assist in end-to-end system implementation projects by providing consultation.
• Facilitate business requirements gathering and analysis.
• Prepare documentation, test plans, and test cases, and lead UAT sessions.
• Develop training materials.
• Conduct user training for system implementation.
• Collaborate with end users to ensure developed systems meet their requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably business-related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Candidates with industry experience in insurance or financial services are highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both verbal and written).
