Foster learning culture of the Hotel, facilitate the learning needs analysis of departments and the Hotel
Develop annual learning & development plan according to business goals and brand positioning, promote and enhance learning efficiency
Lead learning and development activities in the Hotel, ensure they are strategically aligned with the Hotel's direction
Lead & support Departmental Trainers for the delivery of trainings in departments
Support Human Resources Team with projects and campaign
REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources or related field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team player
Self-motivated, passionate in hospitality industry & growing others
Fluent in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is preferred
