    Duties:

    • To provide end user support of Window PC, handheld devices.
    • To assist in IT Asset management.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
    • At least 2 years of experience in IT-related roles, with a strong background in helpdesk or deskside support.
    • Hands on experience in PC Support.
    • Knowledge in VNC, Cloning model machine and troubleshooting preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with end-users and support teams.
